Ok so we thought we would give lexington law a try. We signed up but after receiving their "plan" of action we decided to not go with them. We are not trying to dispute accurate negitive information just inaccurate information, they seem to want to dispute any and everything. Anyways we decided it wasn't for us we had right to cancel with no charge by june 4th. We sent out letter cert return reciept, we received the return reciept on fourth. So we know they got it, then found out they still charged. Called the lady in accounting said it would be credited back in 3 days, 5 days letter still no credit, caused us to over draft. We called bank and explained situation the only way we could get someone at bank to credit back fees was if we had lexington write a letter saying it was an error on their part to charge at all. Well the lower level agents wouldn't budge finally got a supervisor who promptly wrote a letter saying they shouldn't have charged and signed it! We got our fees back! When dealing with lexington I suggest bypassing the agents when it comes to getting a dispute resolved.
