I was online applying for an Cash Advance payday loan, and right before my eye i was on a website i didn't subscribe to called Maximum Platinum, and i called them to tell them i did not subscribe to there service and they told me that i did ,which i didn't its a scam when you are on the pay day loan it linked to there web site tricking you thinking you are on a payday loan website. but to make along story shoort i asked if theey would put the money back  in my acct they told me no that they sent me an email which i didn't received  said i only had 3 days to cancel. so i said to cancel what she said you acct. i said i don't have a acct with your company. the way they get your info is when you think you are on a pay day loan there web site pops up with out youy even knowing it and that's how they get your info. they need to be investigated then tell you you can't get your money back. I think it is wrong and a rip-off. i suggest everyone to be careful when dealing with them then when you call them you can't even tell if your on hold or what its just air on all the extensions except maybe 1 or 2
