MB Hot Planet Fraudelent Electronic Checks Out of my Checking Account Tampa Florida

MB Hot Planet charged $24.25 via electronic check out of my checking account. I never authorized this payment nor I know of this company. When I called the Customer Service number on the check, a representative told me that they are just a 3rd party payment agent for like 50 companies and could not give me any specific information about the website that charged me.

The representative told me that the charge would be reversed in 10 days. I also called my bank and reported this as a fraudelent activity. I'll give it 10 days and if the charge is not reversed I'll have by bank do it and then close this account. The whole experience is very disturbing and frustrating.
