Online Biz Marketing, Online Biz Marketing Online, Biz Stole $39.85 from me and Customer Service yelled at me and would not refund the money Scottsdale Arizona

I discovered a $39.85 transaction on my Mastercard. It was supposed to be only a $1.95 charge as a fee for anyone interested in their product. I called to cancel the one $39.85 fee but the customer service representative said that I'd gone past my 14-day limit, not checked a certain block and that they had every right to their fee. He said now you can cancel if you want but you will not get that fee back. Then when I tried to negotiate and explain, all with a very civil tone, no yelling or anything, he laughed at and told me, "you won't get that money back, period. You need to be more responsible and know what you're getting into." By the end of the call he was screaming at me! It is the worst Customer service I have ever encountered! These people were previously reported via Report# 355312 (dated 7/24/08) and Report# 372893 (dated 9/14/08). Stay away from them!
