I agreed to try their product NiteTrim for $2.95. I emailed them on what I needed to do to cancel. I was told to call and the matter would be handled. They took $52.80 out of my checking account, but no product. I called and told them I wanted to cancel and that they had taken the money out, but no product. They told me it should arrive in a few days. Never came. The next month I went on vacation and wasn't expecting them to take money out again, but they did, which was paid by my bank but I was charged and overdraft charge. I called and spoke to two people at the company, one which was a manager and told them the story. They told me that they would cancel it for me and my money would be put back in my account. It never happened. I told them they should cover the overdraft charge and they said I should speak to my bank. I told them it wasn't my bank's fault, but their's. I asked for the customer service number and the manager didn't know the number. How strange to be a manager for a company and not know the the customer service number. I found it online and spoke with a lady that told me that according to her records, it still hadn't been cancelled, but she would cancel it for me. She also told me that she would get my money back into my account by the next three or four days. Never happened. She also refused to return my overdraft charge. I asked to speak to a manager there, but there wasn't one there. I was told if I got the product, to return it with a code and everything would be taken care of. None of this happened. I decided to send an email and see if I could handle it better that way. I don't think they know how to read. I told the whole story and was told that she would get back to me. When I wrote her, I gave my phone number and address and told her I wanted my money back not the product. She wrote back asked me for my up to date address. I wrote her back and said that I had given her my up to date address, which by the way has never changed from the beginning. She then wrote back that they would be happy to resend the products. I then asked if she even read what I had written. At that point I told her that if I didn't hear from her by a certain date, I would be writting the attorneys general's office. She wrote back I will be happy to resend the product again. This company took me for $105.80 for products I never recieved and $35 in overdraft charges.
