Platinum Advantage ripe me off Largo Florida

I was contacted by platinum Advantage by phone with an offer of 2500.00 in in store credit with a !000.00 cash advance. They took the 200.00 out of my checking acount and a few weeks later signed a acceptance letter which was a month a ago. I contacted the company which wasn't a problem, They stated on answering system that they were open mon thu fri 9-5 pm. The I explained to the serves department of PA of why is the card and catalog taking so long. She stated that the card and catalog was sent out by mail May 9 and takes 14 days to reach me. It is now june 4 and I haven't received my card for which I had paid 200.00 for.

The card was mailed out to the address we have on file . We sent you the terms and conditions which you returned signed verifying your address . Thats where the account has been mailed to. It was mailed on 5-9-2008 you might have thrown it away thinking it was non important mail . If you are not happy and would like a refund please call us 1-877-488-8084.

Refund Has Been Offered To Customer

[The customer was offered a refund by the Consumer Refund Department. As of 7/14/08 we are still waiting for this customer to return the affidavit giving us permission to mail a check to the current address on record.]
