Bloomfield MI 48302 supposedly the check is to cover a tax amount due of $2995.00 and promises to pay the balance of the $250,000.00 US. By the way, the ticket serial # 498561256 lucky winning # 49-55-77-80-02 I bet all letters have the same winning #'s they ask to contact a Lewis Mcgregor 1-908-781-4520 the letter is signed from Barbara Bryan This an old scam and in these difficult times to try and prey on people when there is so much unemployment and people are losing thier homes is dispicable.
