PREMIER FINANCIAL SECURITIES CLAIMED I WON THE "SHOPPERS SWEEPSTAKES" $250,000.00 MIDLAND Ontario

I recieved this letter with a check for $4890.00 instructing me to call and process the check to pay the tax amount owed by moneygram or western union. Right away I knew this was a fraud. Anything telling you to send out money is not lagitament. Also I know that there would be alot more taxes to be paid than that......come on I'm not stupid. I am very anoyed to have been bothered with this and concerned to know that other people fall into the praying hands of these people. Thinking oh well they sent me money to by the moneygram so it must be ok. This is a very serious matter. Something has to be done to stop people like this. This could have beed very devastaing to someone who would have followed through...............
