Six Figure Program - Ben Moskel - Dave Clabeaux Defamation of Character Land O Lakes Florida

Upon signing up for this program the cost was $29.95 plus shipping and handling for a DVD and a book on the program and how to get started. Once I signed up, there was another cost of $1.97 to get started now. I did purchase both. After going through each step of the "get started now" realized that there would be more costs than the original sign up fee of $29.95.

I sent approximately 3 emails to both Ben and Dave and I also called the customer service department to cancel all programs. I did not want the charges to go against my credit card - as I couldn't pay for anymore than I had already signed up for. After no response from anyone, my 4th email had in the subject line "notified my bank" - that sure got a response. If I could I will make it short. I got a nasty emal from Dave stating that I needed to put down the "meth pipe" that my frantic irrational emails are indicative of someone with a serious substance abuse problem and that I may want to seek help.

If you are not abusing any substances, I suggest seeking physchiatric help. He also forwarded my emails to the Attorney General False Fraudulent Claims department, stating that it was a felony to dispute a credit card purchase that I did indeed make. I know I made that purchase, but the money was in my account, so I didn't do anything fraudulant.

I also told my bank that I made the purchase and that I wanted them to cancel the charge as I did not want this program because there were more charges involved that I couldn't handle. I will be glad to forward all emails, from Dave and Ben and also the one I wrote to my bank to back up my claim.
