So I have been saving now for two weeks to get a much needed car for my son and I. Friday 8.21.08 I hit the the 500$ down mark I needed. Well I leave the bank after dep my paycheck. I left with a balance of 592$ and woke up the mourning to 126$.

This CO. who calls them self THE LOAN SHOP took 390$ from me!!! I have no idea who they are where they came from. Does anyone ? I need that money back!!! I have read some ripoff reports from others and I think it may be from a payday loan i got years ago, but i paid them back so who is this CO? Any one with any info please help. I am a single mom and i don't have money to lose. I want to file a lawsuit against them. Has any one done anything about this co. I can't believe they are getting away with this. Some one help with some info please!!!

I fought them back and they've left me alone.

I faxed letters to Mr. Tom Rothrock and co. I filed with the FTC and my state's AG(California)

I have a copy of legal cease and disist from the AG's office and i faxed DMS a copy of the letter from the AG.

I would file a fraud report with you bank and get a refund.
