Earlier this year, I ordered Jersey Boys tickets, never received them even though I was billed. I called the LV BBB and attorney general and Ticketsmyway finally replied saying I had checked the agreement box on their web so I was out of luck. I got my money back after going back to my credit card company. Here is the interesting part. When I called Ticketsmyway last May to inquire about the status of my tickets, they indicated there was no record of my transaction. Now, in December, they reply that I checked an agreement box online. So, all of a sudden, there is a record of my transaction. I odered via telephone and did not even use the webl. This company has had 239 complaints to the BBB in the last 36 months. SCAM ARTISTS!!!
