Tribute Master Card added on charges that were wrong, lied, was misleading, fraud, unfair credit practices Ripoff Atlanta Georgia

I had a $300.00 credit line before I got the card $150.00 was taking off for set up fees. I then had to make two payments of $20.00 before a even got the card. I then paid the whole thing off. I then used the card to charge up to $70.00 I believe. I then made paid this amount with my debit card. I kept getting bills from them telling me that my check had been returned and then charging my account $70.00 return check fee and a $35.00 late fees. This was done twice to me. I tried to reach try them my phone and email with out luck. My Bank even Fax them stating that funds was in my account and I also mail them copies of my Bank Statements with no responds. So now I don't want anything to do with them so I cut the card up in June of 2007 send it back to them. I had a lot of thing going on with me medically and my daughter was kill on 8//21/2007. However I was call by collection about this account. I feel that I don't owed them a thing but I agreed to pay $227.62 just to get rid of them. However that didn't work again a return check charge and late fee appeared I again try to call with out luck. Doing this time I was in Florida taking care of my daughter arrangement. After I returned I received another Bill stating that I owed $ 428.03. I was again contracted by phone tell me that the agreement that I made before is nod and vi old. That I needed to pay at first $60.00 and that would bring my account up to dated. I made the payment and a $120.00 was to be taken off my account this was done. And again the same. About a week later another phone call stating that I needed to pay $80.00 so I again agreed to pay from another bank account. However after I made the payment but they didn't follow through with their end so I stopped payment and sent a certified letter telling them that wanted no more contract with them by phone that any other contract should be writing. And that I am hiring an Attorney and thinking filing a law suit against them. If you see what I see it's a paper game no money of theirs is being used. I believe this is a scam
