Www.worldwinner.com worldwinner giving out my name and stepping on my first amendment rights! Newton, Newton, MA 02466

I have been playing at worldwinner for 5 years,in that 5 years many things have happened,but this takes the cake.About 6 months ago a friend of mine that I asked to come back to worldwinner to play after leaving came back .We played for about 2 weeks when he got a great score on a tourney and once again they would not give him the score,its their scoring system,but if you score to high,they take it away,so anyways thats where the probelm started,they had developed a chat room for us top players that had been there along time.I was really angry and went into the chat room to talk about what happened,I did swear,but its an adult chat room,little did i know they monitor it and take off anything they don't like,even if you don't swear.I asked them why they would do something like that,that this is America and we have first amendment rights even in a chat room.Not according to them,they said I wa in violation of their policy for swearing,bull it was because I called them abunch of cheats,which they are,not only have I brought to their attention that people use cheat programs on their site but they told me they knew about it ,and that they where trying their best to do something about it,but in the mean time I and other players are getting ripped off .They blocked my ip number and banned me forever from the site ,gave me back my money but then I recieved a e-mail from a friend of mine that comes to visit me on occasion,he lives in seattle,I am in New York,by the way he was banned also,well he recieved a e-mail from worldwinner and this is what it said. How do i know what location? I am a traveling Business Man and travel around alot. I will try and be careful where i log in. notice that they mentioned my real name in this letter,not my player name,and told him about me being resticted,How many others are they saying this too?I also have an online buisness,this could not only hurt me but my sales if they are so pretentious of just telling people my name.I am really upset about this.They have for along time ripped people off and I have complained and nothing happens.I don't care about being banned off this site in the lease but for them to do so because of me expressing myself on a adult chat room is rediculous,not to mention that how do they even know that this man knows me?I have asked them several time to please give me a detailed explanation of what policy that they have that I crossed the line with?Nothing,this is the letter I sent them today. Date: 12/4/2007 Dear Worldwinner,It has come to my attention that you not only have blocked my account,for saying things in an adult chat room (first amendment rights) but now you are slandering my name to other players?I take this very seriously,you DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO MENTION MY NAME TO ANYONE.Being that I am a business owner myself I know what word of mouth can do to my business.I am sending you this letter and I would like a full explanation on exactly why you feel that you can just mention my name to anyone on your site,and not my players name but my real name?I am sending this letter along with my other complaint about your business to the BBB and the attorney generals office,we will see what they have to say about this matter.I have also included the letter you sent to this gentleman.Shame on you!
