I didn't know what I was getting into until I rec'd my first "shippment" of 4. I had ordered the FREE trial and paid $4.95. The tea actually made me sick, I got severe stomache cramps after about the 5th day and I stopped taking it. Soon after I rec'd my 4 boxes, I called and got a return authorization # and sent it to them by priority mail $8.35. By then I had already had a charge of $29.95, and $35.95. I also noticed 2 charges of $19.95 from NV, for Living Lean. I found out that by ordering the tea you were automatically enrolled in an on-line subscription that ran $19.95 per month! I chatted on-line with one of their reps and found out that I had to call another number to cancel this. They would only refund 1 of the $19.95 charges, even though I never ordered this. Soooo my "free" box of tea cost me over $36.00.
This is probably the biggest rip off I've ever been involved in. Also my bank was NO help, I asked that they not put through anymore charges from these companies but they kept letting them go through. I'm sure I've spent more than 5 hours trying to clear this up, hopefully I have, I guess I'll find out next month when I get my statement!
