DON’T USE THIS LAWYER! Unless you want a bill for services you did not authorize, a higher per-hour rate than originally quoted and an attorney who is dismissive of your legitimate concerns, avoid Mr. Ausman.

Mr. Ausman made an unauthorized charge to my credit card and when confronted refused to reverse it. I would like to spare other people needing competent, honest legal assistance the ordeal I had to go through.
