Adams and Edens Attorney  performed worthless work and took my money and did not perform their fiduciary Duty to their client which was to produce a document  that could be accepted and used properly in a different State other then Mississippi .

From the begining phone conversation l  asked for proper communications to a Texas Attorney.  I live in Texas,  the people who needed to sign over a Willed  piece of property lived in Mississippi .  The property is in Texas.

A Warranty Deed was needed , and was the only document that was considered acceptable by  Texas Standards.   The Adams and Edens Attorney suggested doing a Quick Deed .

I asked for research to a Texas attorney to make sure what ever work was done was not in vein and in fact was not a waste of my money.

They did produce a Quick Deed to the property,  but was considered worthless in Texas .   I live in Texas and simply asked on the phone for this law firm to research and Call a Texas attorney to find out what was needed.   And to meet the Texas standards for transferring property in time of Death.

They gave a pitiful excuses as to their Non ability to communicate to make sure their work was Not in vein to their client and execute their Fiduciary Duty to comply with the needs of their client to produce a document acceptable to the State of Texas.

I was furious as to their negligence and incompetence based on their desire to do it their way rather then to communicate and research properly.

A Quick Deed is worthless in Texas and one simple phone call would have found that out.  At that time I would have paid them for their time and said thank You and tried to find an attorney who would full fill their fiduciary Duty and make the client Happy.

Instead I got an incompetant Law firm.  This is my Opinion .

This Mistake cost me 1360 Dollars for a worthless document .  I asked for at least Half my money back for their pitiful excuse for not performing better research and they of course refused,  and wanted more money to do it right.  so they could have done it right the first time.  They simply failed to even try and research.

This is blaten incompetence

Lawyers are the premier researchers and with poor research it will lead to a failed case and a waste of their clients money.   This is a pitiful Law firm and I highly suggest to not use these people.  They only want your money and do not fullfill their obligations to their client .
