I descrbed the problem to the owner as simple and detailed as posible, with reasoning and logic. I explained how the neighbors pitbulls are becoming a problem by releaving themselves on my yard or nearby. The owner had me on speaker phone so he can have the manager listen as His witness. After I explained the problem, the owner acknowlledge and responded by saying: What do you want me to do? I said: Enforce the rules on pet owners that dont pick up after their dogs and that are unleashed with fees" The owner said: I cant do that, unless I see the dogs doing it in the act. The owner suggested I take pictures when the dogs are loose or deficating on or near my yard. I also complained to Him about the manager not doing a good job and how shes not doing anything about the problem and how shes not being profesional, by making me feel like am being a bother to Her. The only response the manager gives me is: Im doing everything I can" Im beond that point.

I need step by step communication from the manager, on whats going to be done about the dog problem. The owner said: The dogs are not pitbulls ( no pitbulls allowed in apartments) The owner said: I have documentation in writing, that says the dogs are bulldogs. I asked the owner for a copy of that supposed document. He said: I will not give you that information. I responded by saying: How do I know your not lying to me? He said: If you want to belive Im a liar thats fine. I responded: I cannot take your word as that" When i see a copy a copy of that document we can move on" The owner also said He was not going to let me talk bad about the manager. I responded: Im just letting you know my experince with Her, if is a good experience Im having, I would also say it, and if is a bad one, then thats what Ill say. He responded: thats your opinion" Almost at the end of our conversation He kept saying: What do you want me to do!? I responded: Dont ask me what do you want me to do about it" if you have a lawyer, ask him what to do about it".

At this point, He was too excited to have common sense on his side. He cursed and shouted. All I said to that ws: we need to end this conversation and He hanged up. About a half an hour later He came to my home unanounced with the manager and another gentle man that kept quiet ll along. I was at work, my wife opened the door to find the owner excited and shouting at my wife, saying: where is the feces?! Where is the feces?! My wife being 7 months pregnant at the time. This man showed no consideration. After this event toke place, there after no apologies. My wife was affected by this experience and still is. And Im upset.
