bms law took $1300 from me after i left several messages not to and now no one wants to return my money San Diego, California

i call bms about a loan modification in december 2010 and was transfered with dustin hufman who sold me tha world of hope with what he can do with helping me with my problem. I ended giving him permission to debit my accound that same day to start my loan modification.
 After ending my phone conversotion with bms law financial team i emeately call my feancy and ask her to call dustin hufman to see if she gets the same understanding that i had gotten from dustin hufman and she call me back within thirty minits and ask me not to go with this company because she didnt like the things dustin was saying.

I then call dustin hufman at his direct number an extension to let him no of my changes and could not reach because his number was no longer in services.  I then call the company 800 number and no one answered so i left two seperate messages about the changes im making in using him with my modification. four days later $1300 dollars was taken from my account. i have not return any paper work to bms law for them to do my modification and bms law will noy return my money. please help
