Brad Daley was hired as an attorney to help me settle a credit card issue. He charged me up front. For two years he was lying that he was working on my case. During this time the interest and the collectors fees doubled my debt.

As soon as I let him know that the debt collectors garnished my checking account and my property, Brad Daley stopped replying to my e-mails or returning my calls.

Be aware of this FRAUDULENT LAWYER!

Misunderstanding

These allegations were posted in error. The individual posting the complaint was contacted and the matter was resolved. Other companies referred him to me that took his money and disappeared. I received no money but did help mediate his issues. The lack of contact was a result of closing my office. I am not an attorney and never claimed such. I am a volunteer mediator who has helped many people settle debt issues nationally. The individual agreed to have these allegation removed in their entirety.
