This is interesting. However if you look at the actual Martindale-Hubbell review for Ms. Oswald it's based off only two reviews. And they were both posted the same day. Although you were generous giving her a 3.2 since her actual rating is only 3.0.

Also lots of businesses are not accredited that just means they didn't want to pay the BBB. Besides complaints about attorneys should be directed to the state bar.

So what is the rest of this story? You seem angry please tell us what she did to you specifically to warrant a rip off report. Other wise she just looks like a mediocre attorney not great but a not rip off.
