 I too was taken by the lure of lower payments on my investment homes. The houses I purchased were suppose to be lease options but the people lost their jobs and had to move out, leaving me with two houses to make paymens on. I got them rented for a fraction of the mortgage payment. CFPG promised me that they could reduce my payments to be affordable with the rent payments.      I gave them 2,800 per house. As far as I know they did absoulutly  nothing. I did not even get the forensic report that they said they were going to do. I know they only contacted the lenders a couple of times with no action on their part. I would like to be a part of any class action that is going on right now against them.     As of Aug. 6th both houses have been sold at forclosure sale.
