Contacted Father's Choice in early November 2008 seeking assistance in filing a custody modification in my state. Spoke with Yuri, he stated there is a one-time setup charge of $49. I explained that I just needed to know how to file the papers appropriately and he said that a Case Manager would be in contact within 24 hours. I received an email from Veronica Lujano stating that Matthew Azouz was my Case Manager and that I should view the video before contacting him.

After reading the Terms and Agreement section for the video, I declined to accept the terms because it quoted a $98 charge and sent an email to Veronica Lujano on November 8, 2008, requesting a cancellation for the service since I have not used them and felt that I had been mislead by Yuri in Customer Service as to the price.

Matthew Azouz called me the next day and said he noticed that I haven't viewed the video. I explained why I hadn't and requested a full refund. He said that he would take care of it and the monies would be placed back in my account. I left a voice message for Matthew Azouz a week later concerning the refund and did not receive a phone call back. I also spoke with Yuri in the Customer Service Department on the same day and he said he would have a customer service representative call me back. To date, December 9, 2008, there has been no refund to my account, nor returned phone calls, and now when I dial the toll free numbers for Father's Choice, the call is ended within seconds of dialing.

Will pay a visit to my bank today to dispute the charges officially against Father's Choice. Also contacting the District Attorney in my area.
