Father's Choice This company stole my money and took advantage of a father in need They Said Oregon?? Oregon??

***LAWYER NEEDED***

I have lost $710.00 to date and have received absolutely no services. I had to actually cancell my credit card because Father's Choice continued taking a monthly $48.95 monthly service charge. I luckily did this before they stole my final payment of $282.

Since June 2008 my case manager is TOM ROPER. I can not get a hold of this guy. Is he dead?? Every time I call I get a full voicemailbox. I'm not a rich person. I was attracted to the service through an ad on the internet. Currently I have Key Bank trying to get me my money back. The bank keeps having me revise my documents because I do not have enough information to prove that this company is a scam.

Does anybody know of a class action lawsuite?

As I read more similar situations on this site, my blood boils. This company scams susceptible people/fathers to give them money up front and you'll never hear from them again. Reading through most of the terrible stories desribes my experience perfecty.

IF ANY LAWYERS OUT THERE ARE READING THIS, YOU HAVE A CASE! Probably a life changing one! These people are trained con artists that take advantage of the middle class citizens who can't afford a big named lawyer. I have emailed them, faxed them, written letters and called their "full" voicemailbox too many times to count!

Can someone look into this scam?????
