Child custody, child support and alimony still aren't settled after 3 1/2 years and apx. $400,00.00. Only the property and single status settled because it was forced by the other side. The attorney's at J. Kelly Scam Firm kept on continuing the case by rescheduling OSC's, doing ex parte's, updating the file, scanning, copying, etc. once the OSC has been canceled. These ploys just keep pushing the trail date further and further ahead. Kelly told me not to worry about the money because they would get it back from my ex.
My ex still has temporary custody and still only pays me temporary alimony. The attorney bills every month are ten times what I get in alimony. They even got me mixed up with someone that has the same first name and kept sending me emails in regards to her case. Probably charged me for that too. They haven't even done anything in a year, but still found a way to monthly charge me for updating my file.
I was besides myself and frustrated that I had no where to turn to because Kelly's outrageous fees were/are dwindling away that I recieved from the property sale I am living on.
They always blamed the other side for not being ready. The last call I had to Crystal B. I heard a dog barking in the background. As I was talking the barking would begin again. It was a human bark not a dog's bark. I was being made fun of. Behind my back I found out they were also telling jokes about me. They think that my misery and frustration is funny. That was it for me. I began looking for another attorney.
Jack Bennett called me and said that a dog got lose and ran around the office. BS!!! I may be blonde, but I am not that stupid.
Kelly/or Firm will make you give up your case and let the other side when because he drained you emotionally and financially. What a joke his advertisement is. He just knows the right thing to say while laughing all the way to the bank.
