Attorney John E. Hinden fails to show up in court and does nothing when he does Santa Maria California

I joined a legal club and they reported John Hinden to be the only attorney in my area.

He repeatedly failed to show up in court giving a variety of reasons.

ON NO OCCASION did he call me and say he would not be there or after the fact call and apologize. Once was for personal reasons he left the weekend before a case. Twice he said he had other cases he had court dates for as well.

My case just was not as important and he did not think informing me was important. If you retain him I suggest your case might not be as important as someone else's.
When he was in court he said we said everything in the already filed brief and there was no reason to talk or to respond to accusations. He also refused to file my side of the story. I finally had to remove him from the case and represent myself. I had already paid him all monies i had available to me.
