Kimball Tirey St John could be facing a HUGE possible class action lawsuit. Allegations of fraud, misrepresentation, violations of the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act), and attorney and paralegal misconduct are rampant with this company. Are there any updates as to this class action against Kimball, Tirey & St. John? I was railroaded by them too. Much like others, I was a renter at one of the (Arnell Property Management) apartment complexes, and this firm (KTS) is employed by Arnell to not only (in my opinion) set other unsuspecting renters up, but to also abuse them in the process, in order to push them into a situation where they can then be sued. I will post my report soon; although it sounds all too familar.
Please will you post an update; I looked all over youtube but couldn't find the video you are mentioning.
