i give my imagration case to my lawer kemberly kancias in 3-11-2008.and she asked me her fees $3000 .I gave her 1500 cash and I made second payment of cash $1500 on 3-31-2008.I tell her everything about my case .i file my case with this lawer because her owner was urdu speaker and I thought it would be helpfull for me to talk to her in my language .but whenever I call them and try to talk them about my case they never satisfy me and seems like they dont know anything about my case properly but at that time I could'nt change my lawer because i was middle in the case and i paid them full .I told them my passpot is in homeland security dep and I wanted to bring it back but they told me they cannot do any  thing about that eventhough they told me before they will help me in this matter .After that i received a later on 6-6-2008 stating that my lawer has been changed and my old lawer is no longer working with them.sherin thawer fired kimberly .I was so worried after receiving this letter.after kimberly gone whenever I call them they allways rude with me and most of time venuas hang up on me.I was calling them and want to know about my case.I was worried about my case and this lawer sherin thawer spoiled my case.because of this mentaly disturbance I am sick and weak.when I received my inerview date .I talk to sherin about my passport she said dont worry about it .If you go there so tell them you lost your passport.through out she was giving me wrong advice .On 9-28-09 she told me to come her office and she will prepare me for interview  but when I went there she told me her mother in law is dead  thats why she cant come with us on inerview.i did not wanted to miss my interview so i told her that i can go by my self on inerview.My husband recently retuned from Iraq he was mantally disturb so thats why he could'nt reply some question who was asked by officer so we did'nt good throut the interview . Thats why they (INS)send us a letter that they are not satisfy with our interview. Well I told sherin and she asked us to come by her office and when we went there she asked us for more money for sending a reply to IRS . then i gave her $310 but after that she didnt call me back and didn't tell me if she send reply to them.she didnt help me out at all and she massed up my case and took lot off money from me.At last I change my lawer because I dont want wast of my time with these fraud people.please do some action against sharin thawar other wise she will keep play others life.
