"dude seriously...if you care one ounce about your money and business, and are looking to file an LLC, DBA, or any type of legal documents, DO NOT I REPEAT, do not go thru Legal CPU based out of Burbank, Ca. or Legalcpu.com. If I'm not mistaken, when you call the customer service department, you might as well be calling the local high school because they have a bunch of incompetent knuckleheads servicing their new customers. I filed a LLC with them and they literally didn't know where my file was, when it was filed and had me mistaken for someone else but of course, they had my money though..bet your ass they had the benjamins. I was on the fence between them and legalzoom and for a few dollars less, I chose legalcpu.com...the worse mistake.

EVERYONE--DON'T WASTE TIME, EVEN IF LEGAL ZOOM IS A FEW DOLLARS MORE...USE LEGALZOOM. I DID IT FOR MY PATENT AND I SHOULD OF STUCK WITH THEM FOR MY LLC....WHAT AN IDIOT!

Looking for a laugh, call up legal cpu's customer service number and just ask a few questions...and listen to how dumb they sound. You'll get "uhhh, and duhhh" and "well...uhhh.let me see uhhh...." and then put you on hold and then come back with more uhhhss and duhhhss--- It's hillarious!

Do not use legalcpu if you value your dollars and cents.
