Lexington Law Firm Ripoff CONTINUED BILLING AFTER SERVICE WAS CANCELLED Salt Lake City Utah

I cancelled my monthly service with this company after one month. I was NOT happy with the level of service I was paying for and customer service would give me vague and indirect answers to all of my questions. I cancelled the service on January 31st and was informed from their billing department that I would NOT be billed on February 2nd because I cancelled before then, which was when the next mothly bill would be due. On February 2nd $59 was deducted from my account. I called to inquire why this happened and was told that they bill a month behind, and this was explained in my cancellation email. Not true. That information was not in there.
$99 set up fee....$59 a month for what??? RIP-OFF!!!!
