I began to work w/Lexington in April 2008. I received an updated credit report w/2 items removed within the 1st 60 days. The enrollment fee was 99.95 & 39.95 per month for the basic service. I was excited so I upgraded to the next 59.95 package level.
After I upgraded, within the 1st 60 days, I never received any other progress. It seemed to me as if they didn't bother to even look @ my case until I called or emailed them. And even then, I would get the run around about how they just sent out challenge letters to dispute info.
I never saw any of the letters Lexington Law claim to have sent. They could have easily uploaded copies so that I could also have them for my records. In my case summary, they falsely stated that they deleted 7 delinquencies from my Transunion report. LOL, that was a lie!! I didn't even have 7 delinquencies on all 3 reports!
I called every week, sometimes twice,to report that my summary was not displaying the correct info. Every time I called I had tremendously long waiting time, I could never speak to "my paralegal" when I called, someone else would be like I can help you & didn't have a clue about my case. I got the same repeated response "there must have been an error by our data entry team".
They assured me that they would take care of the problem, but to give them 2-3 business days for processing & updating. This continued for about 3 months. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I wish I had known about ripoff report before I began working with Lexington Law. Their Scammers!!
I just began to work with another company that charges an initial enrollment fee & a monthly fee for no longer than 6 months. They guarantee their work & if they don't get your score past 700 they'll continue to work with you free of charge for a lifetime. Even if you call a year after working with them they don't charge you after the last payment.
Until next time........STEER CLEAR OF LEXINGTON LAW FIRM (OR YOU MIGHT JUST GET BURNED)!!!
I'll Be Back if this company does or does not work out to give you the name & the results...GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Credit Repair: How to Help Yourself
You see the advertisements in newspapers, on TV, and on the Internet. You hear them on the radio. You get fliers in the mail, and maybe even calls offering credit repair services. They all make the same claims:
“Credit problems? No problem!”
“We can remove bankruptcies, judgments, liens, and bad loans from your credit file forever!”
“We can erase your bad credit — 100% guaranteed.”
“Create a new credit identity — legally.”
"The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) says do yourself a favor and save some money, too. Don't believe these claims: they're very likely signs of a scam. Indeed, attorneys at the nation's consumer protection agency say they've never seen a legitimate credit repair operation making those claims. The fact is there's no quick fix for creditworthiness. You can improve your credit report legitimately, but it takes time, a conscious effort, and sticking to a personal debt repayment plan."
