My son's supposed attorney, John Livorno, sent him a letter on September 24, 2009 requesting that he "please contact our office at your earliest convenience so that we can discuss your workers' compensation claim."

This letter was conveniently 'lost in the mail'. My son was in contact with Livorno's office every week by phone (phone records will verify this) but no one ever mentioned this letter or what Mr. Livorno wanted to speak to him about. He was waiting to hear about a workers compensation doctor's appointment.

The letter was signed by a 'Patricia M. Myers'.

One of the worst things that can happen to a person is to hire an attorney who is not honest and forthcoming with his clients.

I have no idea who this person is that submitted this report. Reading the report it is obvious that our office did exactly what the writer is complaining that we did not do.

We lost contact with the client and wrote him to contact us. Even though he did not receive our letter he did contact us and we relayed the information about his doctor's appointment directly to him. Obviously we were honest with our client.

We have no idea why this individual wrote this report, but anyone who reads the entire report should come to the conclusion that we did nothing short of exactly what a good attorney would do in this situation.

I would be happy to talk directly to this individual if he or she wishes to contact me. We are an honest and trustworthy law firm who has the best interests of our client at all times. We are here to serve the injured workers of Ohio.
