Please stay away from this law firm, they are cons!. They lawyers will never talk to you over the phone, instead you will get their para legal, and on top of that they will charge you for it. I was told verbally that i would only pay one fee for what i needed to get done, untill i got another bill in the mail.

They are unethical and very un professional, they do not know the basic law and rules when it comes to i20 student and h1b visas.

And BEWARE OF THE RETAINER, DO NOT SIGN THE RETAINER AGREEMENT, its a bullshit agreement that gives them the power to charge you whatever they feel like. Espcially in that one line in there which clearly states that "CO-COUNSEL AND OTHER ASSOCIATES : Attorney reserves the right to associate other billable to client" .

Once you sign the retainer, they have all the power in the world to go after you, so whatever you do, do NOT sign that dam retainer !,
