Beware of Osar Bey and Marshall Broadway. Do not trust Osar Bey aka Brent Davis dba Consumer Mortgage Logical Solutions and Marshall Broadway dba Broadway Financial and Broadway Financial Group. They are partners in this scheme together and they are cheating me out of $5,000 in marketing fees that are due to me for getting clients for their program.
 
I entrusted them with 36 of my clients and I’m now concerned that they are going to treat my clients like they’re treating me. My clients paid them over $36,000 and Osar Bey and Marshall Broadway said they didn’t have the money anymore and that there was none left for me. They have very little overhead. They have continuously promised to pay me, which they haven’t.
 
Osar Bey and Marshall Broadway actually had the unmitigated gall to tell me that they would pay me the past due amount out of any future clients I brought in for them, and that they wouldn’t even pay me a pittance of the $5,000, unless I agreed to their ridiculous offer. They obviously think that if I was stupid enough to do any work for them, I was stupid enough to go for it. I strongly advise you to stay clear of them and don’t get scammed, like I got scammed.
