MR MULLHOFER this is your last chance to refund my money.  I will personally file a complaint with the state bar, attorney general, department of consumer affairs and sue you in small claims court if you do not immediately refund my $1800 that you took from me without doing any services and not returning the six messages I left with you. 

you were very fast in cashing my check at your bank but you chose not to even look at my papers from the my lender chase bank and the note from washington mutual.  My loan is now in default and I cannot pay to have it reinstated because you had me make the payment into your trust account, then you took the money out as a fee that you did not do any work for.

I am worst off now losing my home because of your corruption and incompetency.  I searched the internet under mullhofer scams and found a crap load of clients who lost money on your scam of ripping off clients for their mortgage payments and promising to protect them but doing nothing.
Why so GREEDY! !! Wasn't it ennough to take my hard earned money but your sneaky ways of taking my money intended for the mortgage and embezzling it your own use.

wait and it will not be long before your are in jail for FRAUD and you will not victimize people anymore.  I expect you to wire ALL my back into my account by MONDAY AUGUST 1, 2011 or a criminal fraud complaint will be filed with the SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT.  I have contacted the watch commander and they will love to have more information in order to get an ARREST WARRANT to haul you before a bail agent and get you booked in the jail facility.

MARK MY WORDS - YOU WILL REGRET YOUR ACTIONS - I will get all the names of your angry clients and file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT to stop you from committing     THEFT, FRAUD, DECEIT, CORRUPTION, MALPRACTICE AND EMBEZZLEMENT.
