Your statement against Melissa Sosa is completely false. Melissa is one of the most honest, hardworking, and caring attorney I have ever met. When you hire Melissa, not only does she always do the best that she can do, but she is one of the most caring attorneys you could ever ask for. She actually cares about her clients and would never "lie" to a client. Melissa always tells you what she thinks is best no matter what. And, as for making you look "unfit," or getting an "injunction" against you; well, we all know the court doesnt grant an injunction without just cause. I think you are angry at the situation and are trying to find someone to take it out on. It is very unfortunate that Melissa's good name has to be drug through the mud.

i would rather have an ex client stick up for her than to have an ex employee kiss where the sun dont shine. u must want your job back.

 I have Found Sosa Law Office is very willing to service me as an existing client. Melissa and her staff have been very upfront about the options in handling my case and the costs. We have discussed all ways I can proceed with my case and keeping cost down was always emphasized!  Every Step we took thus far, took this into consideration and Ultimately I made any decsions myself!

I have found it easy to work with her and the staff! Thus far I believe my divorce case has been handled well.

 I believe the party who wrote the original report should stop trying to damage any parties name.

You sound very angry.... and I agree with the person above! The court system does not just grant anything all willy-nilly.  And.... learn what the 1st amendment is actually about. Freedom of speech? Yes, just not in the way you think.  Educate yourself before you spread your negativity around.  Ms Sosa has been nothing but professional and caring with me.  She only has my best interests and my daughters best interests in mind. I am sorry you went through a nasty divorce... but that is no reason to slander this lawyer.  Maybe the lawyer you used was not well versed in family law.
