I worked one day for this company and quit due to his unethical practices. Kyle Norton, Kevin O'Rouke and Lisa Small have no interest in saving homes, they are only in it for the almighty dollar.
Lisa explained to me how they make their money by depleting the retainer and charging the client every time you touch the file whether it be to look over the paperwork write a letter send a fax make a phone call or receive a phone call. THE RETAINER NEEDS TO BE DEPLETED SO THAT YOU CAN HIT THEM UP FOR MORE MONEY. Not once was it ever mentioned that we are in business to save homes. She made it very clear to me to keep very good accounting on all files and input into Quickbooks at the end of the day.
They don't give a damn about anyone. The files I worked on should have never been taken in for a modification, most did not qualify but they were charged a tremendous fee. The files that did qualify had not been called on or submitted, on others paperwork had not been updated in many many months and there were no notes on activity. How do you justify that?
Kyle Norton has over 37 complaints and has had to refund thousands of dollars. This was told to me by one of the attorneys while we had a cigarette break in the morning. I waited there all day to meet the wizard as they call him buteven when he showed up he never invited me into his office. Pretty strange I thought, you have a new employee and you have no interest in meeting her. The whole place is very unprofessional.
Unfortunately this firm is not alone, I have quit 5 jobs since November for the same reason. I am reporting each one and hopefully soon they will all be shut down
