I thought when you hired an attorney for a divorce they were there for you.  Not the other way around.  I was not prepared for what followed and my attorney did nothing to help.  Now he and his firm claim I owe him over 10 thousand dollars when they knew full well I had no money.  Sam told me not to worry that he would take the money out of what I got out of the divorce.

Well I recieved nothing thanks to the way he represented me.  Plus I am to give my (abusive) ex husband over 5 thousand dollars or go be in trouble with the law.

I have not worked since 2008 due to back injury and have overwhelming debts and constant pain.  I know I have been wronged on many levels but to be victumized by the person you hire to get through other abusive situations is wrong.
