We finally had our day in court! Well, kind of. I'm jumping ahead of myself. After I wrote my last letter I patiently waited for knews about a new court date. In the mean time my Fiance Robin, started doing extensive research on laws, my rights, actions I can take against my lawyer, making sure your lawyer is doing what he should for you.

Needless to say, Mr Capriglione broke several ethics violations in the state of NJ and I printed out an Attorney Ethics Grievance Form, which I'll be filling out this weekend! Only the first of several steps I plan to take against him and his practice.

I'll be meeting with my former divorce attorney in a few hours to fix what this @#%&*#@? did to us. Now it will cost me $4,000 total to do this. I quess it's true when they say... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I just never thought I'd pay for SH_T!!!

Bottom Line here - we left court this morning and nothing was resolved, and he couldn't even take 5 minutes to talk to me then cause he was in a hurry (right after our case went before the judge). He tells me not to call him till Monday cause he wasn't going to be in his office the rest day!!! I said "WHAT?... That's it? And he just kept walking!
