Appalling Dreadful Terrible Horrible They have no clue what they are doing. Very unorganized. You will be doing all the work. Staff is horrible; they have no clue what they are doing. The staff should be barred from working in the legal business. DO NOT have them represent you. You will be sorry. The Idaho State Bar has many complaints against him; they are trying to disbar him. Please go to the Idaho State Bar website and request the disciplinary history for the lawyer, you will not believe what you read. Go to the Idaho Repository Website and look up the attorney who owns the business-Bryan Storer. This is all public records. If you've been a client of theirs, please recheck all of your paperwork and request all correspondence between Storer Injury Lawyers and the insurance companies! This seems to have been going on for 6 years, a class action suit???

They may be changing their name to Storer & Miner, PLLC. Bryan Scott Storer and Clinton E. Miner. Before hiring any attorney it's always a good idea to request their disciplinary records from your states attorney bar association. You can request Bryan Scott Storer and Clinton E. Miners disciplinary histories from the Idaho State Bar.

The follow paragraph is from the Idaho State Bar website:

A member of the public may request an attorney’s discipline history in writing, email or telephone.  Pursuant to Idaho Bar Commission Rule 521, all proceedings and records relating to an attorney’s professional conduct prior to the filing and service of formal charges are confidential.  The information released to the public only relates to any formal charges or formal sanctions imposed against an attorney.  There is no charge associated with this service.  Response time is usually within 7 days of the request.
