 Matthew Misczak scammed my parents and 4 other close family members, after several thousands in fee's he lied to us and said he did not receive notice by mail of the next court date after close investigation we found out that one of matts lawyers sign off to close the case and have us evicted we only owed 6k$ to pay off the house the bank tried to reason with us but matt said ignore the bank i know what iam doing is been over 7 months now and after all this money he signs and lets our house foreclose. I have all the dirt on matt  we  used to work very close to him with  texas lease houses and valcom mitigation we know all the fraud he does and how he does it I have all the info on the new company address and who he works with

we found out from the court he told the lawyer to let the case go and now we are being  evicted we only owed 3 months he did nothing but push court dates to keep collecting money from us  he forgot to show up to court  making excuses like always claiming we dint notify him of the next court but as we know now the lawyer receives the next court date that same day from the judge  Iam willing to spill the beans to put this guy behind bars I will be reporting to channel 11 also if u have info or people that where involved also in this passed send me back an email and get in touch with me the new company name is callforeclosurerescue add .com to see his website also works under valcom acquisition.
