Thomas Steven Poteat Forged Commonwealth of Kentucky Documents to Back up a Fake Workmens comp CASE to let the Statue of Limitations run out Owensboro, Kentucky

T. Steven Poteat , of Owensboro Ky, 611 Frederica ST, was to have filed a suit in 2002. Poteat even gave me a letter from the Workers compensation board setting a review date. 

 After several things didn't ad up, 3 postponements , negotiations , and a possible settlement and about 3 years of my time , I began doing some checking on my own. Then low and behold a Real letter came from Frankfort KY. The suite was never filled, the review document was not issued by The Commonwealth of KY. It was Fake.

I have Documentation of these and many other documents that aren't what they appear to be. Reciepts of mail sent to Frankfort, copies of complaints to the KY BAR.

Due to the small community I live in I am unable to do anything about this. I don't understand how T. Steven Poteat , a Lawyer , in Owensboro KY is allowed to Forge KY documents and get away with it.

As of now I don't know where to get help. The Workmens Comp Board imformed me that the Statue of Limitations ran out before the case was filed.Therefore I can no longer file a Claim. Imagine that.
