Within a week ago, I used tutorvista.com for help on my math. I payed $39.99 to get 3 problems incorrect. Then when I went back to their services I noticed that they charged my friend's credit card for $240.00 assuming I wanted a months worth of tutoring. I found a number to call and report this and when talking to a customer representive, he stated to me they could only refund us $170.00 that we are still waiting to be credited for. On January 30,2010, I took it upon myself to subscribed to pay $39.99 for a week of help with my math. When requesting help from these three tutors, each one has given me the incorrect answer to the problems. I feel they have betrayed my trust in them and I feel their company is unprofessional. My instructor for my school gave me this website to get the help I may need and only recieved the wrong answers to numerous problems I requested for help. I have been dealing with this all day and I am very disappointed with their service and feel this website needs to be disbanded from the internet.
