Hello all!
I bought a mobile phone in June from an eBay seller (he is suspended now…how convenient), it was a second chance offer…so this transaction is not registered on eBay transactions, but I paid thru Paypal. I got the item, but its total junk; it's not at all what it was on the picture. In fact I think Nokia should go after these people for trying to copy their phones (just like fake purses).
Anyway, I mailed the item back at my own cost, contacted Paypal, filed a dispute (twice), they closed it, stating seller never received the item, well its now October I got the item back because address seller provided is incorrect, even though I have begged both Ebay and Paypal to help me get the right address so I can mail this junk to this seller, both companies tell me to contact the seller and “nothing we can do speech” …where is justice, I out of $200 plus $30 shipping, plus Paypal fee that I am not sure how it is …
I have been sending emails to seller everyday begging them for the right address and they do not respond, why would they? They totally ripped me off and I have asked Paypal several times to help me…they don't care. Apparently, this does not fall under “buyer protection” even though they have a Claims Department, I am not sure who they actually help…
Please help me, I just want justice!!!
