My name is linda and I did the Hager Estate sale together with Ms Mercy, what is in the Hager report is completely a lied, first of all my mother Ms taylor when to pick up the remaining items with Ms Mercy , and my mother took Ill, every single item was left at storaged at U-haul in Houston, it was there for almost 9 month we have the u-haul storaged bill that it was paid monthly Ms Leight was contacted and asked if she wanted to get the items back and she said NO, she wanted money, we asked her again being she was so dissatified with our service, and she said NO, at the time of the sale The Hagers were paid there 75% of the items that were sold on the spot and they were very satisfied with the service, at that time the very little items that were sold that was brought to put on consignment was sold to one individual and a check was send to Ms Hanger, and unfortuanaly the check that was given to us was account close, we try to explain this to Ms Hager and that we would make it good because the store was still responsable, and she contacted a lawyer in town and it was handle thru him, she got the full payment for the check, we have copies of the payment, we advice him that she had the opputunity to pick up her things from Houston, and after a 10 month wait,, she lost them,, we gave her consideration because in our contract we only hold things for 90 days,, I linda am a witness to all this,, I took that job along with Ms Mercy.
it is a shame how malicious some people are and so unhappy with them selfs, that they need to find every opportunity to go after small struggling buisness,
with vicious intent.

Beware of this woman and any service she offers.

AUTHOR: At Her Mercy - Houston (U.S.A.)

As a member of the family whose father's possessions were taken, I know what happened in the MS Mercy Estate Ripoff. I personally know that Ms Mercy & Company were unscrupulous looking to make money off the grief of others. I personally know that the writer of the rebuttal was there and partook of the bounty. There was an estate sale. Of what sold, yes our portion was received. After that she picked up the rest for consignment and became mostly uncommunicative. She made promises and bounced checks. She said our belongings were in a store room which meant they were not on consignment. We contacted a lawyer to take care of the bounced check, she ignored the one hired in Houston, but paid the one in Louisiana. That money was given to charity.

Not everything was valuable but there was great value in all of it combined. MS Mercy & Company took it, broke the consignment contract and then did not return anything when objections were made. Just a pot full of worthless excuses and people.

This is how this woman has chosen to do business. No body made her do what she did.

You know what happened.

AUTHOR: Houston,TX - Houston (USA)

Linda, you know what happened, that is if that woman kept you informed. Why are you being her lackey? Everything in the report was completely factual, and you know it. And what happened was wrong, immoral and illegal. We were not told where our items were ever. Just because we have reluctantly "let it go" due to the time and distance involved in continuing the lawsuit does not make what you all did right. And you know it. There was also the damage to the house and other unfulfilled contractual promises that we never discussed with you. We treated you very well and you took our possessions and never lived up to the terms of contract. You two should make restitution for what you took and you know it. Filing a rebuttal does not make you "not guilty".
