I don't know how these people stay in business. I ordered a fur coat for $1, 025 from Webfurs through Amazon.com. The fur coat was in stock (last one left) and paid for expedited shipping. After the coat failed to arrive the final day it was supposed to, I called. I was given the run around by the secretary, Elizabeth, about a million times who was covering for her boss, Gary, that he was at lunch, then on the phone, then finally he was on vacation and please call back on Tuesday.
Tuesday rolls around and Gary is at lunch again (is he a fat-ass or what). My mother ends up calling (I was at work and can't be wasting my time) and nearly gets her head bitten off by Miss Elizabeth. Really? Screaming at a potential customer? When Mr. Gary Boss is finally on the line, he gives her all sorts of excuses, the main one being that the coat was not in stock.
Why were we not notified earlier that the coat was not in stock. Why did they accept payment if they did not have one.
Worst customer service on the planet. I fully intend on the BBB knowing about this. We ended up canceling the order. They can go to hell.
