I purchased bids from the site Bidhere.com and I was successful in purchasing a playstation 3. I overpayed with bids for the auction and so it's like overpaying (it was about $20) but a portion of that got deducted for shipping so it was pretty much paying for everything. When I continuted to finish, I was constantly taken to a random screen and so I took screen shots of it and emailed the website about what happened. I was asked for the screenshots and my account info and I gave that all to her and she said that she will put in an order manually for me and that she is sorry for this inconvenience.

This was November 25th, and their policy is that the product will be shipped up to maximum 25 days. Everyweek I emailed them once and they constantly replied by saying that they had already shipped it and that it would arrive anyday. I was expecting this before Christmas so that I can wrap it and give it as a present. It has been more than 2 months and I still have not received it. I constantly emailed them and they were telling me that it would arrive anyday.

I was frustrated and emailed them near the middle of January and they responded by saying that something went wrong with the orders and that I can have my money back or the same value of bids. What they pretty much said is that all those time we said we shipped it, we were lying. I told them that I should get more than my money back, It was 2 months later and it was supposed to be a Christmas present. 2 Weeks they replied by saying that when they checked their order, I did not purchase the product properly....

Even though I have screen shots and every week they said it was already sent out, and now they are going back to the story of being my fault. They broke their own policy that they have layed out and are blaming this on me. I told them that I want a full refund because they pretty much stole my money and lyed to me for 2 and a half months. Giving me a refund is the least they can do, but I have not received a reply for more than a week now and I don't think they will respond ever. There has to be something I can do, this is wrong on so many levels. Can anyone give me advice on what to do?  

The website is bidhere.com  and they have two office adresses posted, one in United States and the other in Australia   - I live in CANADA by the way.
