Homecentrix LLC - National Repo Network Made Unauthorized Charges, Doesn't respond to phone calls or e-mail, Charged me during trial period, Scam, Billed me for services I never ordered Austin, Texas

I signed up for a 14 day trial to National Repo Network for $6.75 and the Username and Password I was provided with never worked.

Checking my Bank Statement I noticed I was charged twice for $6.75 on 7/30/09 by National Repo Net and Repo Finance, at signup the Agent never mentioned anything about Repo Finance, then on 8/06/09 I was charged $29.95 by Repo Finance and $29.80 by National Repo Net, so much for the Trial!

I attempted to contact National Repo Network immediatley at the 24 hour Customer Support Phone Number they provided me and I waited on hold for an Agent for one hour, the automated message stated the average hold time was 10 minutes, the next available agent never became available.

I attempted to contact National Repo Network at the phone number on their website which was different then the one they gave me and the same automated message said the average hold time to talk with an Agent was 10 minutes, I waited 15 minutes or so and no Agent.

I then attempted to contact National Repo Network on 8/10/09 via their Customer Support E-mail Address, I explained in Detailed Text that I was charged twice for a trial that I couldn't use and that I was billed $29.95 and $29.80 while the trial period was still active, I requested that all of the charges be refunded to me since I couldn't log-in to the trial and because I was billled for membership before the trial period expired. I received an e-mail response from National Repo Network about two hours later saying that they would be more than happy to help me but that they needed my phone number and zip code to find my account, I sent them the info Immediatley and on 8/11/09 I received an e-mail confirmation that my trial was cancelled along with a confirmation #, they said for my records to prove it was cancelled, there was no mention of anything refunded. I have since tried on many occassions to contact them by phone and e-mail in regards to the money they stole from my bank account for something I never even received from them to begin with. No response from them since the e-mail cancellation confirmation they sent me.
