bestbuy bad buisness vineland, New Jersey

   BestBuy not at all!Bought camcorder for a christmas gift and thought i was getting a new camcorder but in reality was sold a used one that someone recorded their vacation on the hard drive,not to mention some things were missing from the box.Very upset i took it back to the store and was told that i was given a discount because of an open box.WHat??? if i was told that the box had been opened i would have never have bought it.Then i was told that if i exchanged it i would have to pay more for the new one.WHat!!!!After much much time on the phone with a representative from BestBuy they did not attempt to help this customer and are making me return to the store for a third time in order to fill out paperwork just to recieve a refund which will take longer than i think is acceptable.In short BestBuy is the worst electronics store out there and do not treat their customers fairly.
