Someone is posting messages everywhere on the internet about Brokerlynx. The post can be found here on ripoffreport.com and other message boards. This activity has Didier Bachaumard all riled up. He can't believe this is happening to him. After all that is why he build Brokerlynx to stop people from reporting on him within the Semiconductor industry.

For years he has allowed people to post anything they want about any company. Documentation or Facts are never required. Heck real identities are not even required.

Anyone can just log on and post anything. Want to destroy your competition logon as 20 made up profiles and bash away. Maybe if you're lucky and enough people complain he'll stop a profile from posting but the garbage and damage stays forever. He explains that he just can't clean it up because he doesn't make any money from Brokerlynx so you're just screwed if his message board wrongly attacks you.

Then there are the Dieter worshipers who are allowed to post anything completely unchallenged. They use Brokerlynx to promote their company and services. Dieter turns a blind eye when it's one of his minions constantly praising the Lynx. That seems to be the trick to get away with what ever you want. Kiss his ass and tell him how great he is and you can post any lie or false attack you want.

Didier Bachaumard is a little man with a giant ego who can not see that he is now crying about abuses being done to him that he has condoned on his message board for years.

It's called Karma Didier Bachaumard has no problem with other companies being attacked by a made up profile. He created a place for it to happen. Ask him to have things removed and he tells you it's called Free Speech work it out with the poster. Now he's crying that he's a victim. Meanwhile he could care less about what he has allowed to happen on Brokerlynx. I have no sympathy for him. None at all.

I am always amazed to see that unknown people are writing about me. Joe Vesta appeared few months ago on scam and is writing about me and my company and my organization www.brokerlynx.net. I have been working to fight against the problem of counterfeited parts in the electronic components business. I put a website together called Brokerlynx.net and of course people on this website can be accused of reselling counterfeited products.

The revenge from this people that are denounced on the Lynx is to write about me and say that in fact I created this organization to resell counterfeited products. My company Oxygen Electronics is doing over 10,000 transactions a year and our ratio of counterfeited products is less than 0.1 percent (not 1% but 0.1%)since we put in place www.brokerlynx.net so 99.999% of the transactions are good products. We achieve that by spending a lot of hours in software development and also training the people working at Oxygen Electronics at the quotation level. This is a very good performance knowing that we have 5 offices worldwide.

Who is Joe Vesta? Joe Vesta must be somebody that receives a bad exposure on the Lynx and his revenge is a small minded thread on scam to release his anger.

I know that you came to Las Vegas and you came to shake my hand that's how you know that I am small. For years Didier with big ego, slandered companies just to get business advantage, ( also to teach ERAI a lesson, by whom he was kicked out) now when he got exposed with his friends being part of counterfeiting industry ( directly or indirectly) he feels his business is getting hurt. He called me several times, he literally begged to remove the facts which I posted about his company Oxygen Electronics on other sites,( when I caught them with fradulent Chinese parts listed/advertised over their website)

Any one in industry know LH0032CG/883 never existed, These are upscreened parts normally fradulent companies do to make extra profit out of commericial parts which are labelled as military parts. Similarly Oxygen Electronics was found with fraudulent DL340M siemens part with 2003 date code and other NSC mil spec parts.

I asked Didier from where he got all these parts to be advertised on his website?, He said he usually lease different suppliers or Chinese inventory posted by other American companies.

But I don;t think any genuine, honest company will try to advertise fake drugs, or fake perfumes on their website even if they have not purchased or sold. But Didier doesn;t have any restriction in doing so with fake chips.

My simple question to Didier was- will he list all those fraudulent parts on his website? He said no.

He agreed that his company buy many parts from China, so when he claims his parts are 99% with success, it is not true, it is just that he is only putting efforts to improvise counterfeits which are hardly caught when intercepted by user. Rarely these improvised counterfeits are caught, once they enter into supply chain and functionally okay, but often fail in long run and hence less efficient and short lived.

When many similar companies on brokerlynx found dealing with Chinese fraudulent parts, Didier asked me to remove all the information what I posted on other sites. He did remove some of slandering post from brokerlynx which existed from last 4 years in exhcange.
His members feel that ( jeff luebke) that I deal with Chiense parts or I come from China, because I bank with HSBC, There are such pathetic jokers who exists on brokerlynx who only believe in scratching each other's bums and slandering honest company like mine.

Interstingly there are more than 50% of brokers on brokerlynx trade counterfeits however seldom caught, as Oxygen electronics and his group has developed a nice system to visually improvise the counterfeits. There are regular companies who post lot of garbage are Hyper Technology, Global Solutions, Select technology. Some of them even use IDEA-1010 ceritification and ISO-9001 to pass their counterfeits to end users.

When USBID sold couple of counterfeits to our company, brokerlynx was trying to protect them. They do want immunity for the companies of own group, circle , or las vegas gang . You will rarely find those companies ever being reported trading counterfeits. My company was slandered for last 4 years on brokerlynx, and none of slander even related to bad business practices or bad quality parts, but these pack of clowns always wanted to trash my company using all kind of illegal methods on the name of free speech. I appreciate Jvesta that he has exposed Oxygen Electronics into all kind of unethical practices.

It is time that Oxygen electronics aka brokerlynx aka orafec learn to behave with small companies, else their days are numbered in claiming self appointed watch dog and probably they will pay same price what others paid for their illegal acts hiding behind free speech.

Didier bukharmard made threatening calls and sent me many abuse filled emails. It is now time for him to get equal treatment legally and to face similar losses what he planted for others using counterfeit journalism forum called brokerlynx.

yes brokerlynx could have been better if it was used for legitimate purpose by legitimate brokers. But for now it is used by Chinese list brokers to do safe trading on counterfeits and to exhcange information and to kill their competitors or bad mouth small companies who do not go by their ideology.

Brokerlynx or Didier, it is time you shut up and take your shop somewhere else. The same internet power you used to kill others is now giving you same result.

Readers who so ever read this, please note that even today Didier is slandering my company on brokerlynx without any valid ground, any broker who think Didier is right and honest, you must be mistaken, he is a little man with giant ego, as well as a great crook in our industry, who doesn't mind doing illegal acts, threatening other companies and ruining their business. Beware of Didier Bukhamard, a guy from France who cannot even speak in normal way.he has only four letter word handy on his tongue all the time, I think it is more related to the quality of business or quality of products he is dealing with.
