I ordered a Pioneer radio from these guys. The radio didn't work. Upon me calling them back, to let them know that my item was defective I was berated and told that the radio was working. I've had a lot of radios in my car and this was the first one that didn't have any audio from any channel. I was then called after I posted my review about the company.
The customer service rep. then told me he would stop my shipment if I didn't take down the review. He then threatened he would charge me not 15% but 30% restocking fee.. I told him no because the review was true.
I do a lot of buying off the internet and this was the worst I've ever been treated... I will not do business with them again and I warn you not too..

And another thing what are trying to do by going back and leaving there  rebuttal statements on other people posting.. That in its self tells (shows) they aren't doing the right thing. I hope this helps you out.
